Brian has transformed his life through physical fitness, cross training, and the paleo style diet. He is a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach and also trains with Capoeira Evolução.

Brian has an extensive background in weight lifting, body weight training, and natural movement. His emphasis within Primal Fitness ATX is training the physical and mental aspects of the human being. This includes using kettlebells, clubbells, sandbags, and Olympic weight lifting along with old school body weight training and natural movement methodologies to create a stronger, healthier, fitter, and happier person.
