Hi Capoeirista’s and CrossFitter’s!
We have updated our websites and have split them into 2 so that we have the latest news portion geared towards updating the latest and greatest on both sites! We have also integrated an online registration so that new students or returning old students can enroll online and sign release forms online. Small changes but it will help not waste so much paper and make it a little easier getting people to do a free trial when they walk in. Thank you guys for your support!
