Primal Fitness Bootcamp
Starting January 2, 2012 we will be having a bootcamp at the studio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There will be three classes each of those days at 8:15am, 9:15am, and 10:15am.
Brian Stanford will be coaching the classes. He is a CrossFit certified coach and coaches classes at a CrossFit gym here in town. Capoeira Evolução and Brian want to bring this style of high intensity cross training to you. As students of Capoeira Evolução you can come participate in these work outs at no extra charge and we would love to have you in class.
It would also be great if you could let your friends and family know about this program. The rates are without a doubt the most competitive in town, the work outs will never be boring or repetitive, and as you know, we have a great atmosphere in the studio. We look forward to seeing you there.

Oi galera,
This week we will be doing a warm up and roda for kid’s and adults together beginning at 6pm. We will be integrating both classes so that the children experience a roda full of energy and adults get to play games focused on control.
Please come out Thursday to our Capoeira Studio and let’s make this day a success.

Professor Esquilo Workshop

Capoeira Evolução invites all goblins and ghouls out October 29th from 5-10pm to a Halloween Bash for kid’s and parent’s take the night off, complete with:
- Costume Contest (Prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners!)
- Halloween music bash Wicked Games
- Pizza, Snacks, & Drinks Trick or Treat Bags for all!!!
Only $25 per kid gets you into the fun AND better yet the proceeds go towards brand new mats for Acrobatics Class!

2011 First Annual Kids Batizado
Hi Everyone, For the first time in Capoeira Evolução’s history, we will be doing a kid’s batizado!
This will happen September 24, 2011 and our guest to help with the batizado workshops will more than likely Professor Esquilo (Capoeira Luanda in Miami). There will be workshops for adults and kid’s, quickly followed by our batizado e troca de corda.
This batizado e troca de cordas is open to all of Capoeira Evolução school, camp, alternative learning centers programs. The cost is $30 per child (Fees are due by Tuesday September 20, 2011) Includes certificates, belt, and workshop.
Please email alex@capoeiraevolucao.com your child’s name as you would like it to appear on the certificate There will be a workshop for adults that same day!
How kid’s belt system works, the child will be able to receive a stripe on the third week of the month, stripes will be given out for 50% attendance and child’s good behavior (Parent has to give permission for stripe)

1) Green
2) Yellow
3) Blue
4) White
